HP LaserJet P1606 configuration page

The self test/device configuration page for a LaserJet P1606 (or P1606dn) includes a lot of information about the printer.  You can see the printers total page count, network settings, available memory, and serial number.

To print the self test/configuration page, hold down the Go button (the one with the green icon on it) for about five or six seconds, until the light starts blinking, then let go.  The configuration page will print out.

If you let go of the button too early, a demo page will print out instead of the configuration page.

Lexmark E250d config page

To print a config page/settings page from a Lexmark E250d printer, press and release the Go button (the round button with the triangle on it on the front of the printer).

Xerox FaxCentre 2218 config page

On the FaxCentre 2218, you can print out a system data list which gives a good breakdown of the machines settings.  To print the system data list:

- Press the Machine Status button
- Scroll down until "Reports" is displayed on the screen
- Press Enter
- Scroll to the right until "System Data" is displayed
- Press Enter


Note that the machines page count is not displayed on the system data list.  If you want to see the page count, print out a counter report instead.  (Select "Billing/Counters" from the Reports menu instead of "System Data".)

Océ VarioPrint 1075 page count

You can view the page count for a VarioPrint 1075 directly on the screen.  Press the Status and System button (the one in the upper right corner with the gears icon next to it) and the page count will be displayed under "Total" on the screen.

To print a demo page from a LaserJet 1536dnf MFP:

- Press the Setup button (the one with the wrench icon on it).
- "Reports" will be displayed; press the OK button.
- Scroll to the right until "Demo Page" appears on the screen.
- Press the OK button.

Ricoh Aficio MP 171 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP 171 with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Press the down arrow until Printer Features is the highlighted choice.
- Press the OK button.
- Press the down arrow until List/Test Print is the highlighted choice.
- Press OK.
- Press the down arrow until Config. Page is the highlighted choice.
- Press OK.

HP Color LaserJet 3500 supplies status page

A supplies status page from the Color LaserJet 3500 shows how much toner is remaining for each color cartridge, as well as the status of other maintenance parts.  To print a supplies status page:

- Press the down arrow button to get into the menu.
- Keep pressing it until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted choice on the screen.
- Press Select (the green button with the check mark on it) to choose that option.
- Scroll down to "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE".
- Press Select.

Ricoh Aficio MP C2050 MP C2550 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP C2050 or C2550 copier:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select Printer Features on the screen
- Select Configuration Page

Note that you can only print a configuration page if the copier has the print/scan option installed; if you cant access the Printer Features section, you cant print out the configuration page.

Brother HL 2140 configuration page

The configuration page for a Brother HL-2140 printer is called the printer settings page or printer settings list.  It contains basic configuration settings, as well as the printers total page count and the life remaining for the drum and the toner.  To print this page out, press the Power button three times in a row.
